What is the name of this online, animated short?

It had two lovers separated by a transparent wall. They communicated with each other by drawing pictures for each other because the wall was soundproof. Eventually the boy tried to break through the wall, but got his hand cut off. He became depressed because he had lost his drawing hand and they couldn't communicate anymore.

Anybody know it? A link would be wonderful
