A lot of Journals that I have seen begin with the phrase, "I'm posting this so you know that I haven't died." In an attempt to be less cliche I'm going to say the opposite. I believe that I am, in fact, dead.

This idea is part built off of the saying "there is a difference between being alive, and living." Since school started I've barely had any time to do anything at all. I have barely even opened Flash and the thought of doing anything other than homework and talking to my girlfriend is a completely foreign idea to me.

However, this analogy is a bit misleading. Saying that I am not alive suggests that I'm depressed. I am not depressed at all, I love talking to my girlfriend, and I have a lot of fun at my after school activities.

I feel that one important factor of living, as opposed to being alive, is change. Change is not something I see very much. I'm six feet deep at the moment. Six feet deep in my daily rut.

DESPITE my telling her not to, my girlfriend plans to get me a chris-quanz-ukah (aka holidays of christmas break)related present. The best I could do is make her put a price cap on it, I said only 20-30$ can be spent. But now I need to think of a present for her.
Please, suggestions are awesome. I was thinking I would make a package of a bunch of small presents, some costing money, others being things I made. But I'll ask again, HELP ME THINK OF THINGS TO GET/MAKE FOR HER. _{or I will staple your toes to your forehead}
